My story.

I was born to Shine. With sparkly blue eyes and a big smile that shouted ‘Yes. I’m here, me Pauline’. I lived life with a skip and a jump in a small seaside town.

And then stuff happened and kept happening. Stuff that tore at my heart,

injured my spirit and quieted my voice. But I kept going. Because deep down I knew

there was more to me than the bad, sad things that happen.

One day, I discovered something that changed my life.

Happiness is in our DNA.

We were born to shine. It is our essence, our birthright.

And no matter what happens, it’s still there, shimmering away beneath all the junk

I have a heart for women who are stuck in a rut or need an encourager by their side.

I share my heart centered wisdom, love of life and positive psychology through Essence Life Coaching, honouring the invisible threads that join us all.
